Pro desk service
Store #0975 went to pro desk at 3:00 and was told that the person was clocking out and no one was coming to replace her. I called the next day and took 30 minutes to connect to place order for bid room Once bid was received it took 3 more tries over 2 days as after 30 minutes each time back and forth on hold I gave up finally today I was able to place the order - It is not like calling any of my other suppliers that understand that builders are to busy to deal with amateurs

I went to return materials and was told…
I went to return materials and was told there was no history of the purchases. The girl who I know for 20 years she told me she had no idea how to fix anything here is your card just leave and call the credit card company. The credit card company supervisor said she should of taking care of this. I had so many problems, then the Home Depot care said he was gonna send me to the supervisor had me on hold on 20 minutes. I need somebody to help me.

I notify them my husband had passed…
I notify them my husband had passed away and I have been using the credit card and paying the bill my NAME is on the account too. Well today I had to get a toilet my is leaking they had closed the card OK that I understand BUT they don't notify me at all and embarrassed me to no end in front of people they can check the account till the cows come home it has been paid every month even when he was alive I PAID the bills. I was a good customer love going there over Loews BUT no more I had my own card but they have put a bad taste in my mouth and I'm through with them TREBLE public relations,IT really doesn't paid to be honest .

Home Depot has no idea
So when I ordered at the Volo store on Father's day morning a toolbox. The lady at the customer service desk took the order,placed the order. That is were the good part STOPPED !! After that I found out that home depot has NO CORRECT time frame for the order. And can't get any information about the order, I had to talk to a manager that had difficulty finding the only number that was good for information, which was the company that was going to bring my toolbox to me. Also the company is a third party company. So home depot is totally useless!!! After you order...highly NOT RECOMMENDED !!

Amazing Customer Service
I purchased 3 bathroom vanity lights a few months ago for our home reno. The builder installed them, however 2 of the globes where broken on 1 of the lights. I went on line and purchased another light. A few minutes later I received an email stating the online order was canceled. I call the Southland Home Depot to find out what happened and the manager said they only had the display at their store. I asked if I could buy that light and he said he could not remove it from the display because it was hard wired. He gave me an 800 number to Visual Comfort Co. I called them for replacement globes and they had me email them the receipt to open a claim. I complied and got an email stating the light was a Home Depot exclusive and I needed to go back to the Apopka store. After work today I went to that store. I went to the return/customer service center and explained all I'd been through trying to get replacement globes. Allenea Bolden took my receipt looked up the item and told me the light was currently out of stock and wouldn't be back in until September. She saw my frustration and asked me to follow her. She call a co- worker John to help remove 2 globes from the display. I was overjoyed and asked what I owed and she said nothing. I almost cried! Allenea is amazing and a true asset to your company. You don't find customer service like that any more. Thank you again for going above and beyond for me! You are a phenomenal representative of this company and they should be proud to have you.

Home depot delivery
I ordered a washer/dryer combo in store. The salesperson was very helpful. I had to be rescheduled for delivery a few times due to manufacturer unable to deliver by my delivery date and then the delivery company had a staffing problem. On the 3rd attempt everything went smoothly. The delivery driver Sherron was very helpful, efficient, friendly and deserves mention due to his professionalism. I always expect hiccups when ordering from any company but home depot delivered and I will order through them in the future.

GE dryer defective
GE dryer defective, they sent a tech to fix it without the parts and they want me to wait 3 week to see if they are able to fix it. becare full, because i reported between the 48 hour replacement period and they told me a tech was going to be at my place with all the part to get it fixed. BS. sent a tech without the parts!! i offered to send him a video of the issue, pictures in order to come with all need it. now after 48 hour they don't want to do a replacement. very upset!! is been a week speaking with different people at home depot and GE. All BS, now i am still with a defective dryer almost lost 5 hours of my time and still on the line to get the replacement or refund.

Ordered a ac window unit
Ordered a ac window unit. It didn't show up on the day they said I would have it. When I refused three days later, I figured the refund would not be far off. Well, I had to call and then they said it would seven to ten days to see the refund. I never saw it, I called again and now they say it's been approved and I should see the refund in three to five days. This has taken over three weeks. I don't recommend there online services.

Great customer service
Mr. Rodriguez, Enrique who works in the Home depot located near by the hutchinson Parkway in the Bronx , NYC, is an outstanding employee, Enrique went beyond to help me with my needs.As oppose to the rest of this store's employees, who were rude and did not care about doing their job. Much respect for you Mr. Rodriguez. Excellent work ethics.

An awful customer service experience
Just an awful online shopping with store pickup experience! Placed order 6/18/23 with tracking info saying Thursday 6/22 delivery to store date. Called Thursday and automated system said had been delivered and being prepared. Called later in day to talk to customer service. Told was not delivered. Next day same scenario but said was in Durham and to be delivered that day, Friday. Would notify. Nope! Called Saturday and now say only one of two boxes delivered. Why would it be two boxes I ask when it was one order for an advertised pair of chaise lounge chairs. No answer and said would check with Fed Ex and get back to me. Nope! Wait two more days and Monday called national customer service since automated store info still said in house and employees saying otherwise. He tells me it did arrive Thursday in one box with both loungers weighing 89 pounds. He called store and guess what, it was there all along since Thursday. Christina in the Cary store had been annoyed I had called her on two of the days and never gave any correct information. Too lazy to check? Inept for sure. So I never got to use loungers over the weekend for my company. Terrible customer service in the Cary, NC Home Depot!

Hi Betty my advice to you is to take it back and I'm sure they'll give you an in store credit if you do not have a receipt hope it helps good luck
